Your deal documents deserve the highest level of protection. Here is how we keep them safe.

Data Protection

Encryption: All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Every document, every message, every file — encrypted by default.
Data Residency: All data stored exclusively in Stockholm, Sweden (EU). Your data never leaves the EU/EEA region.
No AI Training: We never use your documents or data to train AI models, internally or through third-party providers.
Data Isolation: Each data room project is processed in isolated environments. One project cannot access another.

Granular Permissions: Role-based access at the file and folder level. Control exactly who sees what, with full audit trails on every action.
Two-Factor Authentication: Mandatory 2FA for all users by default. Admins can configure authentication requirements per project.
Data Retention: You control your data. Request deletion at any time with complete removal according to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

GDPR: Full compliance with European data protection regulations, including data subject rights and privacy by design.
ISO 27001:2022: Information security management system controls and certification in place.
Regular Audits: Continuous monitoring, penetration testing, and third-party security assessments.
